Utilities (water, gas, electricity) are required separately. Plans cannot be changed or cancelled midstream. The student who stays on 1-year plan pays room fee 26,800 yen plus utilities fee monthly from the 7th month. At the time of entering the dormitory, a six-month dormitory fee + entrance fee + facility fee + cleaning/repair fee is required. Only the first payment is required for dormitory entrance fee, facility fee, and cleaning/repair fee.
